Niihalani was an absolute delight to work with! She was very responsive, very friendly and overall a great person to connect with. I felt very advocated for, and basically got my dream job because of her! She answered my long list of questions without any hesitation and made my transition very easy. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone!

I first would like to say, I take reviews very seriously and this is not a negative review. This is just some constructive criticism. I do not intend to give recruiter names and I realize this process does not workout for everyone. I do think the recruiters should take more time in helping their clients write up a proper job description so that we as candidates are properly placed. I also think that the recruiters could follow up better with the candidate once they have been placed to make sure things are going well not just when they need to make commission and when they need good reviews. Having said that, at the beginning I had relocated from Ga to Virginia because of an amazing job opportunity presented from a recruiter. I did a 4 week trial and then permanently moved to Va. I left an amazing review for my recruiter who did a great job but she did mention multiple times through text and EMail, that I had a time limit to leave a review. After a few months it was apparent that the woman who was supposed to be retiring decided to stay in the position and I needed a new job. I then worked with another recruiter who was very nice but not as motivated and attentive. She helped place me with a client who immediately expected me to do the work of 3 people and none of the work was listed in the job description. Then the job called and let me go when they realized they needed more than one person to fulfill the job and they wanted to pay a lot less. I feel this could have been avoided if my recruiter had asked the employer more detailed info about what they were looking for. Long story short, with over $20,000 spent and us now facing eviction, we are moving back to Ga after accruing a tremendous debt and incredible stress, it was a complete waste of my time. Even though It was very hard for me…I still reached out to both of the recruiters to say Thank You and that I was moving and neither one of them even bothered to reach out.

Using Household Staffing for employment has been a rewarding experience. I am happy to have worked with Carol specifically. She’s professional and put in the hard work to meet my expectations and ensure the perfect fit with no time wasted. She listens and has proven to be a great advocate for both the client and employee.
